AUGROUP is an Sdn Bhd company formed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is founded by Aaron Au based on the commitment to best business practices and design excellence. The company is owned and managed by its four partners, Mr. Aaron Au, Mr. Brandon Au, Mr. Ben Au, and Mr. Sany Sood.

Aaron Au

President/CEO

Aaron Au has worked with internationally acclaimed organizations such as Corgan Associates, Beck group, and RTKL / Arcadis. Many of his clients are fortune 500 companies and he is currently serving as president/CEO of augroup.

He is responsible for the company’s business directions, planning, and strategies, as well as internal operations. His mission is to bring augroup to a global level through his domestic and international networks and business strategies.

Aaron has earned a 5-year professional degree in Architecture at The University of Oklahoma, USA, and honored with 5 th year Dean’s Design Excellent Award in 1997. His interest in real estate development has started even before his architecture career.

Brandon Au

Executive Director

Brandon Au, Executive Director of Augroup Sdn. Bhd. has more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience in the United States, primarily in the medical device, automotive and pharmaceutical industries. He specialized in FDA compliance and ISO implementation. Brandon’s extensive engineering and leadership background helped organizations meet their business goals within budget. While in the US, Brandon has successfully hosted external audits with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and ISO Registrars.

Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo). In addition, he is a Certified Quality Engineer, Auditor, and Six Sigma Professional from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as well as an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor.

Ben Au

Executive Director

Ben Au has played a crucial role in the firm’s development into executing the company’s visions. His interest in smart home has inspired him to help implement passive energy solutions budget on the developments that upgrade the quality of life for every user particularly in Karak Park Home development.

Ben brings tremendous experience in the area of sales and negotiation in real estate transactions through his investment experience and networks. He has focused on many challenging issues such as carrying out the company values and culture to implement the company policies that benefit both the buyers and augroup.

Ben served as President of the PJ Selangor Lion club from 2007-2009. Under his leadership, he had helped with fundraising for many charitable events that served the community that he loves.

He received his Bachelor of Commence in Business Administration at the University of Auckland, New Zealand with honor specialized in business negotiation in 1997.

Sany Sood

Executive Director

Sany Sood an executive director at Augroup, he has 12 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical firms as a senior electrical engineer. His expertise includes technical planning, technical designing and consulting in development projects. Sany has worked with M&E engineering consultancy firm such as, C J Neo & Partner since 2004 to 2009 and he involved in designing many major developments during his tenure.

Sany’s passion in preserving the environment and building homes that reach optimum comfort through passive solutions has led him to join augroup. His knowledge in natural cooling is an asset for the company.

As executive director, Sany contributes valuable technical and consultation to the company on all the pre-development and post-development aspects, especially in electrical and passive cooling solutions.

Sany posted a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from RMIT University, Melbourne Australia in 1997. He earned his professional engineering in 2012 and he is an active member in the institute of engineers Malaysia since 1998.
